Royal Ascot Golf Club founded in 1887 was in the centre of Royal Ascot Racecourse for 117 Years surrounded by Ascot Heath. Due to the expansion of Royal Ascot Race Course a New Golf Course & Clubhouse started construction in January 2004 approximately 1/2 mile from the Old Course & within the confines of Windsor Forest.
The construction of Royal Ascot's brand new 18 hole Championship Parkland Course opened for play in August 2005. The New Clubhouse opened earlier during 2004....

Beaconsfield Golf Club is a private members club which owes its existence to Colonel William Baring Du Pre. In 1902 Colonel Du Pre founded the 9 hole Wilton Park Golf Club in the grounds of his estate. After the railway was built in 1906, it was decided to abandon the original course and build an 18 hole course all on new ground and to name it Beaconsfield Golf Club.

You may be forgiven for thinking that Datchet Golf Course is ‘an easy track’. It is 6067 yards long off the medal tees, a par 70, with a standard scratch of 69 - and flat. But for those of us who play it often and who have also played some of its’ more famous neighbouring courses, we can testify that it’s not a course to be taken for granted. Nine greens with fifteen tees (3 holes the 1st, 4th & 5th are repeated on the back nine becoming the 10th, 13th & 14th) and running alongside the River...

Farnham Park Golf Course was opened in 1975 and Farnham Park Golf Club was formed in 1977. In 1982 the Council purchased more land and Hawtree were asked to develop an eighteen hole course. The course is a fine 18 hole parkland course with many established trees and ditches crossing the fairways. It is a par 71 for the men and a par 73 for ladies

Minchins Farm, Flackwell Heath, was purchased in 1902 by three High Wycombe businessmen, James Peace (gentleman's outfitter), Arthur Clarke (solicitor) and Thomas Thurlow (architect).
