Formed in 1913 Ashton U Lyne Golf Club is a wooded course nestling in the foot hills of the Pennines on the edge of the Greater Manchester conurbation. Over the years the great improvements have been made to the course; we have increased its length, added bunkers, improved tees and greens and planted many, many new trees, which are an attractive feature and of course a challenge!

Founded in 1892 Oldham Golf Club is literally on the edge of the town and as the town is in the foot of the pennines so the course is part moorland and the views from ‘top o' course' are quite magnificent, the Cheshire Plain and Jodrell Bank always visible and on clear days the Welsh mountains away to the west come into view. Our membership is small by some comparisons, so members get to play when they want rather than joining the lottery used at some of the bigger clubs. We have a limited...

Founded in 1906 Stockport Golf Club is a hidden gem in the Cheshire countryside. Although situated less than 3 miles from Stockport town centre, the golf course has some wonderful views of the Peak District and is a challenging Regional Qualifying course for the Open Championship. Stockport is a tree-lined, parkland course with generous fairways, played to large greens. The 1st hole is a difficult one to start the round, and plays its full distance of 463 yards from the back tees.
