18 holes, par 70, SSS70, gently undulating heathland, with fast-running fairways lined by firs and oaks. This is one of the better Essex courses without doubt. Four par 3s but only two par 5s means that scoring below 70 is more difficult than it might seem at first. Possibly the greatest threat comes in the form of tightly-bunkered approaches to the subtly-contoured greens.

This is a private members' club established in 1893 and set in Mid Essex countryside providing a mature parkland course of 5996yds par 68 for men and 5573yds par 72 for ladies.

Castle Point Golf Course is an 18-hole facility with clubhouse bar, shop and driving range and is located at Somnes Avenue, Canvey Island. The site is managed by Glendale Golf.

An 18 hole par 70 (72 for ladies) course, set amidst 120 acres of open countryside with panoramic
views of the River Crouch from all parts of the course.
Part links, part parkland, Burnham offers something for players of all abilities.

Braintree Golf Club was founded in 1891 making it one of the earliest in the country and the third oldest in Essex. It is a par 70 parkland course featuring tight tree lined fairways, water hazards and fast true greens.
It has been on the East of England PGA tour circuit since 1992 and is regarded by professionals and amateurs alike as a course that demands accurate ball striking and good course management.

Founded in 1893 we are a private members club with two well draining heathland courses. We are situated on the A1152 only five minutes drive north east of Woodbridge and welcome individual visitors and groups by prior arrangement. Situated less than an hour away from London, the club offers a delightful oasis of calm and total privacy. Surrounded by mature trees and natural streams, the golf club is protected from modern day interuptions including main roads and housing developments.
The Warren Golf Club has one of the most charming period clubhouses in the county. The building is made from a genuine timbered Essex Barn dating back to 1744, and was converted to a clubhouse in 1934.

We are located in the Crondon Valley, one of the most beautiful parts of the Essex countryside. Our courses have been designed to take full advantage of the natural terrain and include an undulating topography. A substantial number of mature trees and numerous water hazards provide Crondon Park's golfers with an exciting challenge throughout the year.
