The Club, originally founded in 1895, is situated at the southern end of the Lake District overlooking Morecambe Bay. It has been at this location close to the quaint village of Bardsea alongside the coast road to Barrow-in-Furness since 1910.
If you are looking for an excellent day’s golf in the Northwest of England try Ulverston Golf Club in Cumbria. The club is situated close to the Lake District overlooking Morecambe Bay and is just a short drive from the M6.

Congleton Golf Club was founded in 1898 when a group of some 20 gentlemen enthusiasts met at the Lion & Swan and decided that ‘Congleton should have a course and that its locality should be not west of the Lion & Swan and near to the railway’.
The first course was believed to be sited near to Congleton Railway Station . This site was considered ‘unsuitable’ in 1904 and the Club found a new site at Mossley Hall Estate and remain there to this day. The original design and layout...

Chorlton-cum-Hardy Golf Club is an 18-hole parkland course located in the Mersey Valley, 4 miles south of Manchester city centre.
Thirteenth century Barlow Hall provides the setting for our clubhouse which is fully equipped with a well stocked bar and reasonably priced catering facilities.
A challenging 18-hole parkland course, set in the grounds of historic Barlow Hall. Par 70 with a standard scratch score of 69.

Set in rolling hillside on the Hyndburn-Rossendale boundary and overlooking the town of Accrington, with splendid panoramic views of the Ribble Valley estuary and the Pennine hills of Ingleborough and Pendle.
The course is a 9 hole moorland course offering a challenge to golfers of all abilities and is an excellent choice for parties or the individuals alike.

The Heaton Park Golf Course is a picturesque Championship standard golf course, situated in the scenic grounds of Heaton Park. Designed by five times Open Champion J. H. Haigh Hall Golf Club is located within Haigh Country park, Wigan and plays on the 18 hole Balcarres course which is a public course, managed by Wigan Leisure & Culture Trust.
Membership of the club is open to men and women of all ages and abilities.
The Balcarres was completely redeveloped a few years ago and work continues, to improve it further.

Situated at the highest point of Green Haworth, in Accrington Lancashire, the club has some awe-inspiring views of the surrounding area. Looking outward from our signature hole 'Bedlam' you can see across the borough of Hyndburn, over to Blackburn, the Coppice and Pennines, and on to the surrounding Ribble Valley.
