The course at Reading Golf Club is a great test for golfers of all levels, making splendid use of the undulating wooded terrain of the Chiltern Hills. The trees and bunkers on the course, combined with the undulating ground, place a premium on accurate driving.
There are indoor nets in addition to an outdoor driving practice area and putting green. The Clubhouse is no smoking and offers a bar, spike bar, restaurant and full changing facilities.

Set out in 150 acres of splendid wooded parkland previously owned by Lord Desborough, less than half a mile from the town centre, Maidenhead Golf Club first opened for play on 12th December 1896. The course architect was Alex Simpson, a Scot from Forfar, whose design was enhanced in 1908 when the legendary J.H.Taylor, five times winner of The Open Championship, was commissioned to introduce improvements. These included constructing 17 new bunkers and lengthening the course by 700 yards.

Bisham Abbey Golf Club (B.A.G.C.) was established in 1972.
The challenging 9 Hole Par 3 course is situated in a beautiful riverside setting in the grounds of Bisham Abbey National Sports Centre. The Abbey has a rich and colourful history dating from the 13th century.
The course isn't long (2,518 yds for 18 holes) which means it is well suited to beginners, junior players, veterans and people with busy work or family lives.

Established in 1990, Hadden Hill Golf Club has been built to the highest standard and with over 30 miles of underground drainage has never been closed due to rain.

The courses are designed in classic golfing country with two of the three courses offering a heathland characteristic, and the third course, opened in 1994, has a ‘links’ appearance in many parts and is an excellent test of golf. The sandy subsoil ensures the courses are rarely affected by heavy rainfall, a great incentive for corporate golf days and other visitors to the club

We are proud of our scenic parkland course, which is set in glorious countryside just outside the market town of Chipping Norton, itself the 'Gateway to the Cotswolds'
This 6271 yard 18 hole course provides a constant challenge for golfers of all ages and abilities, and because it drains so well, is playable throughout the year. As a members club we are able to offer both competitive and social golf for all sections.

Designed by J. H. Turner, the then professional at Frilford Heath Golf Club, the first nine holes of Burford course were opened for play in May of 1936.

It is natural, I suppose, that golf clubs should develop a more strongly individual character or atmosphere than clubs of other kinds, and in this country where there is such a variety of courses, it is not surprising that this impression is more marked than anywhere else in the world.
