The course at Reading Golf Club is a great test for golfers of all levels, making splendid use of the undulating wooded terrain of the Chiltern Hills. The trees and bunkers on the course, combined with the undulating ground, place a premium on accurate driving.

There are indoor nets in addition to an outdoor driving practice area and putting green. The Clubhouse is no smoking and offers a bar, spike bar, restaurant and full changing facilities.

Set out in 150 acres of splendid wooded parkland previously owned by Lord Desborough, less than half a mile from the town centre, Maidenhead Golf Club first opened for play on 12th December 1896. The course architect was Alex Simpson, a Scot from Forfar, whose design was enhanced in 1908 when the legendary J.H.Taylor, five times winner of The Open Championship, was commissioned to introduce improvements. These included constructing 17 new bunkers and lengthening the course by 700 yards.

Bisham Abbey Golf Club (B.A.G.C.) was established in 1972.

The challenging 9 Hole Par 3 course is situated in a beautiful riverside setting in the grounds of Bisham Abbey National Sports Centre. The Abbey has a rich and colourful history dating from the 13th century.

The course isn't long (2,518 yds for 18 holes) which means it is well suited to beginners, junior players, veterans and people with busy work or family lives.

Hennerton Golf Club is set in some of the most beautiful and tranquil countryside in Berks overlooking spectacular views of the Thames Valley. The club expanded to 18 holes in June 2006 having originally opened as a 9-hole course in May 1992.
