Out of bounds from the tee on the left (car park) and right (driving range), bunkers on left and right of fairway at approximately 220 Yards. A very makeable par 4. The fairway slopes left to rights with thick rough on the right hand side. The second shot is made harder with the green sloping off towards a water hazard to the right hand side.
