Travel 300 yards up the entrance road into Castle Farm and you will be heading towards the car park with the club house and practice area on your right. The ample car park is adjacent to the first tee and the clubhouse entrance. An overspill car park is situated on the left before entering the main car park.

The Par 72 course is both challenging and interesting at 6557 yds with a standard scratch of 72, it will prove challenging for all standards of golfers.

The club has a flourishing local membership. The course has a par of 67. The course is a 9 holes doubled to 18, with some challenging holes and hazards without being overlong. It has delightful country aspects to the hills in the South.

Taunton & Pickeridge is a traditional members' golf club set on Pickeridge Hill in the Blackdown Hills about 3 miles outside Taunton. LONG SUTTON Golf Club is a parkland Golf Course set in the heart of South Somerset welcomes members and non-members alike. It is a privately owned club set in 118 acres, some 6352 yards in length, par 71 course for men and par 72 for ladies. In addition to a challenging golf course, the modern Club house has an excellent Restaurant and bar, plus conference facilities and a function room for 150 people. Entry is now open for the Mendip Spring Golf Club Open competitions 2006
The Mendip Spring Golf Club Open Weeekend 2006. The date is the weekend of Saturday/Sunday the 3rd/4th June. There will be seperate Men's & Ladies 4BBB Stableford competitions on the Saturday.
The Sunday will have a Mixed 4BBB Stableford competition.
