The name Gaudet Luce and the Phoenix logo have been adopted from a plaque found in the 17th century farmhouse. Loosely translated from the latin, the phrase becomes ‘Rejoice in the Light’.
The course formally opened in July 1995 but has been extensively re-modelled and improved in recent years.
The course has two contrasting loops of holes. The front 9 is tight and requires good course management policy, in particular the long 9th, with its tight out of bounds...

Established in 1992, this 9-hole/18 tee parkland course (6108 yards, PAR 70, SSS 69) features extensive water and woodland hazards and its large tees and greens have been constructed for all year round play.

Broughton Heath Golf Course is an 18 hole, par 3, golf course. First established in 1998, we are one of (if not the) longest par 3 course in the country.
Broughton Heath fills the gap between a regular pitch and putt course, and a full size par 72 course. At 3,087 yards long off the back tees, the average hole length is 172 yards.
The course is very demanding, and set over 42 acres of land, incorporating lakes, trees, ditches and many other hazards.

A members owned Golf Club founded in 1879. Amongst the five oldest Clubs in England, the oldest in Worcestershire, and renowned as one of the best in the area.
Fully licensed spacious lounge area overlooking the 18th hole, serving light meals all day. Full catering is available to suit the needs of both the individual and golf societies.

The Vale was originally developed and officially opened by the Rimell Family in 1991, who were predominantly from a horse racing background. However, Mary’s father Sir William Lyons who was the founder of Jaguar cars in nearby Coventry and was a very keen golfer. Redditch's fame as a source of fishing tackle and needles is steadily being overshadowed by its reputation as a venue for golf.
The part parkland and part woodland course of Redditch Golf Club is universally acclaimed for both its topography and the quality of its playing surfaces. The greens are particularly outstanding, all 18 having been re-laid during 1995 and 1996 under the direction of the Sports Turf Research Institute.

In 1919 Aggborough Golf Club land was required for building operations and that club was closed, which helped to increase the growth of Comberton Club. A new pavilion was built on the present site of the clubhouse and membership increased rapidly to 224. At the AGM on 30th April 1921 the name was changed to Kidderminster Golf Club.
