This 18 hole golf course is 5447 yards, par 68, set in a valley with panoramic views of the surrounding hills. The course is fairly flat with gentle undulation making it suitable for those who are not of energetic nature but may still wish to play two rounds in one day

This tree lined course is situated in the heart of Lanarkshire, overlooking Strathclyde Park. The course was opened in 1905 and the first competition took place the same year. When the course was opened there were 50 members and there are now over 700. Since opening, the course has been extended and altered numerous times to make it more challenging. The Airdrie Golf Club is a superb, wooded parkland course just north of Airdrie on the Glenmavis road.

It is a 6, 004-yard par 69 course with more than its fair share of surprises, so those caught napping among the great views will pay the price.
