Description

Faversham Golf Club has a long standing reputation for being a very friendly club and always receives favourable comments from the many visitors. The club was founded in 1902 by "12 fervent desciples and 20 or 30 more or less lukewarm supporters." The land at Belmont Park was generously donated to the club by Lord Harris, the Kent and England cricket captain.
