Description

An 18-hole (5,860 yds) par 70 css 69 (White tees) heath and parkland layout . The club was established in 1895, with the course being extended to 18 holes in 1924 under the direction of James Braid. In 2000 6 new holes were opened for play, extending the course to its current length,and providing a fair challenge for golfers of all standards.

The combination of tree lined fairways,rolling terrain, and well placed bunkers reward accurate play, with the greens amongst the best in the district. The course is enjoyable to walk, with no major climbs, and good course layout has minimised distances between holes.
