Weston Turville Golf Course was established in 1973. The 18-hole golf course is 6008 yards and is par 69. Situated at the foot of the Chiltern Hills, the course presents a demanding test for the lower handicap but is not so
daunting that the higher handicap cannot score well and enjoy the gamewith prudent use of the shots they receive. Water hazards are a distinctivefeature of the course and there is plenty of variety in the character of the holes. Among the many interesting holes is the 15th. It is a 90-degree dogleg to the left with a green guarded by bunkers and water. Even with a good drive the approach shot demands accuracy to give any real


chance of par.
